Allow me to introduce myself and our company to you in hopes that we might be able to assist you in these challenging economic times.

We are a wholesale lighting supplier based in Sacramento, California. We work directly with utility companies throughout the United States to provide greener, more cost-effective solutions to large-end commercial users. Currently, PG & E is offering a rebate to provide incentive for building owners and lessors to replace Metal Halide fixtures in Commercial Warehouses. We provide electricians with the more energy-efficient replacement fixtures (the 4LT5) at no cost for the property owner or lessee. We are paid by the Utility Company through their rebate when the job is completed.

This process is quick and easy and an all-win situation for you. Because we are not familiar with your area, you would hire commission based salesmen who would find customers with commercial warehouses that need the retrofit. He would sign up these customers on the rebate program and bring the sales to you, at which point you would install the lights based on whatever price you and the customer find satisfactory.  You will pay the salesman on the amount of fixtures sold. You will be paid for the installation directly by the customer. And we will provide the fixtures to you at no cost.  Because we are paid by the Utility Company once the job is completed, we will process the rebate paperwork provided by the salesman. We also offer training and constant support to our chosen electricians.
